-When Ford pulled the wraps off its aluminum-intensive 2015 F-150 at the 2014 Detroit auto show, the assembled crowd paused and then, almost in unison, whispered, “Huh. Looks pretty good. But they’ll never be able to pull the same light-alloy trick with their Super Duty trucks.
