Volvo’s marketing game for its big-rig trucks is more entertaining than it has any right to be. You’d think it would be difficult to make hauling giant loads, construction-site work, and the like seem interesting. Not for Volvo, of all companies. Having already placed aging action star Jean-Claude Van Damme between two big rigs—doing the splits, naturally—among other hits, Volvo has lined up its eight-wheeled FMX construction truck against Sophie, a four-year-old girl, in a new video titled “Look Who’s Driving.”

We should point out that Sophie, who is maybe three feet tall, wears barrettes and is oppressively cute, is not to be underestimated. In fact, Sophie is a tiny ball of immeasurable evil, a merciless destroyer who wields her fury with giggles and “who, me?” puppy eyes. But she doesn’t battle the FMX with adorableness. To show off the FMX’s toughness, Volvo outfitted the truck with a remote-control setup, then handed the remote over to Sophie, tasking her with driving it through a pseudo-construction site. It isn’t immediately apparent through Sophie’s at-times regretful looks whether she’s actively trying to go off-course and kill the truck—a sinister sneer just before she drives the truck through a concrete-block building left us with doubts—but throughout the punishment, the FMX keeps on truckin’. The mayhem Sophie doles out through peals of squeals, her little eyes burning behind those pink glasses, will haunt our dreams—and surely those of Volvo’s engineers.

Watch the action for yourself, which is set to what sounds like a Swedish cover of Kid Rock’s 1998 breakout single, “Bawitdaba.” Oh, those Swedes. We have no idea whether the Euro-centric ads actually drive sales, but they’re eminently watchable. As for Sophie, as one of our staffers raising daughters put it: “The sweetest kittens have the sharpest claws.”
